Hakubaku Co, a leading name in grain products in Japan, was established in 1941. A desire to have access to the best wheat for Japanese noodles, premium Australian wheat, determined that a local factory would achieve this. Much research was done and the city of Ballarat was settled upon as a clean and green environment with good access to both the organic wheat fields and the Port of Melbourne.

Hakubaku Organic Noodles, from the market leader of all dried noodles in Japan, are
made from 100% organic wheat. In fact, 90% of Japanese noodles are made from
