Hot masala chai on a rainy day are like hugs in a cup. Ralph's go-to drink to drive the bad juju away. He is a human early warning device when flu season is approaching.

Suggested brewing:

3-4 tsp to 200mL water. Boil or steep at 100c for 5-8 mins. Strain and enjoy!
To make Hot Masala Chai Latte

On a saucepan, boil 4-5 tsp of Masala Cacao Mix
Using 500mL of Milk
Stir constantly
Strain & pour over the cup

Store in a cool dry place.
Warm & cozy. Holiday.
